Common questions
How many machines can I use Pro on?
One license is intended for personal use on the machines you use. We don't hard-lock to a single device, but a license validating from many different fingerprints will be flagged and may be revoked.
Is it really one-time? No subscription?
Yes. $39 once, lifetime updates for all current and future Pro features.
What's your refund policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked. Email support@ekeservices.com. The license is revoked and the charge fully refunded. Full refunds policy.
EU / UK VAT?
Yes, collected at checkout via Stripe Tax. Your invoice includes the relevant tax line.
I bought Pro and lost my license file. What do I do?
Visit Account, enter the email you purchased with, and we'll re-send the license.
Will pricing increase?
Possibly for new buyers as we add features. Existing Pro licenses are honored forever at no extra charge.
