1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Photon Ledger ("the Software"), you agree to these terms.

2. License grants

Free tier. The Free tier is granted under the MIT License with respect to binary use: you may use it for personal or commercial purposes, modified or unmodified, subject to attribution of the upstream project where applicable.

Pro tier. Pro features are unlocked by a license file issued to a specific email at purchase. The license is non-transferable and is intended for use by the purchaser, on machines they personally use. Sharing the license file outside of personal use is prohibited and may result in revocation.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute Pro license files.
• You may not reverse-engineer the license verification mechanism to circumvent paid features.
• You may not resell access to Pro features to third parties.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. EKE Services makes no guarantee that scanning will be complete or that derived statistics will be accurate. Verify against your own records before relying on totals for any consequential decision.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKE Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software.

6. Refunds

See Refunds. We honor a 30-day refund window with no questions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; substantive changes will be announced via newsletter and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
